Help me...I'm...burning!

My counterpart for the Dept. of Interior is out on travel the rest of the week and part of next week, so I'm filling in for him. This morning, I mapped the Flat Tire and Black Pulaski Complexes (Complii? Complicies?) around Fort Peck Reservoir in Montana. There were seven separate fires up there that burned over 50,000 acres.

I also got a call to map 5 fires in Joshua Tree National Park. These guys are all small, which made it very hard to find on any image quicklooks.

For FS fires I'm tracking, I've got Horse (So Cal), Hunter (No. Cal), Sunset Canyon (Utah), Gran (Arizona), and Cavity Lake (Minnesota). I imagine folks will be calling about the West Pass Creek (Black Hills, SD) and Tripod (north of Lake Chelan in WA).

Things are hopping!
